Students, scroll through and read the entire article and then tell us:

  • What kinds of things stress you out in and outside of school? Does stress and anxiety play a big role in your life?

  • How do you keep it together? What do you do to get through a particularly tough day, period of stress or when your thoughts are spiraling with what Ms. Stock describes as unhelpful “what ifs”?

  • What do you think of Ms. Stock’s six ways of dealing with stress? Which of her strategies might you want to try in the future?

  • Based on your own experiences, what advice would you offer to others to help their lives be less stressful?
